Happy Halloween 2012

This year was so much fun!!  Landon is at the age where he really knows how to trick or treat and how fun it is to get dressed up!!  He ran from house to house and it was the most adorable sight.  Elle was a little skeptical in the beginning, but the first time she was given candy she was ready to rock!!  We had so much fun and are so blessed with these two beautiful babes.  Can't believe we are in November of 2012 already!!

Cute little bumblebee.
The weekend before Halloween, our neighborhood had a Halloween party!  The kiddos loved playing with all of the other kids in our community, but were very cautious of the older kids dressed in scary costumes.  :)
All dressed up and ready to head out!
What a sweet dinosaur...but if you were to ask him what he was he would say 'scary dinosaur'.  :)
 What a beautiful boy!
Our first Halloween in our new home!!  Can you spy Landon?
She was so excited!!  First time trick or treating 'on foot'!
 First house!
 We had so much fun!
 Look Mommy, a lollipop!
 Oooo and some pretzels too!!
Loved her costume...a mixture of a bumblebee, Rainbow Bright and a Cowgirl.  :)
Best way to get around town!
 Daddy's favorite...Reeses!
 They are the cutest!!
 Great Halloween!
 A spooky pumpkin!  :)
Elle and Daddy having a great time together.
Quick Mommy and Daddy pic!  These were great memories we made!

This was one spooky pumpkin!!
 Trick or Treat!!
Landon grabbing Elle's hand for a picture.
 Happy Halloween!

 Our cute pumpkins!
And this is how we ended the night!  :)  The drive wasn't more than 3 minutes long, but this was one tuckered out adorable dinosaur.

Halloween Preparations!

Getting ready to make fun pumpkin shaped Rice Krispie Treats!!  Thanks Nana!
 Kisses for my little man.
He was so excited to be a sous chef!
I had to leave to coach lacrosse, so Aunt Stephanie and Daddy helped Landon decorate them while Elle was snoozing away in her crib.
 They were delicious!!
Carving the pumpkins!!  Thanks Steph for graciously cutting one of them haha...it's hard work!  :)  And it turned out so cute!
 Happy campers!
Landon accurately poking holes in the pumpkin...you did a great job buddy!
 Hard at work.  :)
 Important last minute details.
 Excited for Halloween!!
We had a great visit with you Stephanie!  Thanks for coming down and for an awesome weekend!  We love you!

USA Gymnastics

When Stephanie was in town, we received the most amazing opportunity to attend the Tour of Gymnastics Champions 2012 and meet the gymnasts!  Paul's awesome cousin Jackie works for the National Team and she hooked us up!!  Thank you Jackie!! We watched a 2 hour long show full of gymnasts and dancers, both male and female and afterwards got to meet them!!  Best night ever!!

Stephanie and I so excited to be there!
 They are all so talented!
The olympic team performing a beautiful shadow piece on the balance beam.

We can't thank you enough Jackie!  It was a wonderful opportunity and we had a blast!!  Tell McKayla I say hi...loved her!  :)

Pumpkin Patch

Stephanie came in for a visit and we decided to go to the local pumpkin patch!  The kids loved every minute of it!  (So did we haha!)  There were live animals, a pony ride, a giant bounce bubble, a hay ride with 2 live shows of the farm dog rallying up a bunch of sheep and 2 cows, and of course lots of pumpkins!

So excited to go in!
Our best attempt at getting a pic of the four of us.  ;)
 Excited to ride a pony!
 Cowboy Landon!
Sweet pic of Landon excited to check out the pumpkins.
The giant bounce bubble!  Aunt Stephanie was a trooper to go on with the kiddos.
I think this is where we spent most of our time!
These goats were VERY hungry and very nice.
 Elle had so much fun.
They love each other!
This one goat really like Elle haha, it kept kissing her cheek.
 Snuggled up with Aunt Stephanie!
We stopped by the local food vendor and got some cotton candy and a warm apple pie..mmmm.
 An excited little man.
Hahahah LOVE Landon's facial expression when Aunt Stephanie goes in for a bite...the funny thing was he was very willing to share, but apparently held back a few emotions.  :)
On the hay ride, Elle and I had some good snuggle and tickle time.
 Cows!
 Kiss Kiss!
