Anne came in town for a visit and we had a great time! It was such a nice visit, and Paul and I even got a night out together! That was a special treat!
We took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese for the very first time!
Paul and Landon were trying hard to win a race. :)Hahahaha
Elle enjoyed driving her first 'car'. Flash forward about 14 years and she will have her drivers permit! AAaahhhhh!
She was really into it!
Ski ball! This used to be my favorite when I was a kid. Flying a helicopter...no big deal. :)
Landon really liked this ride.
Just 12 years until he gets his drivers permit!!! Holy moly, I'm not ready to think like that.Landon was really good at this game!
He actually made some shots! Future all star!
Haha, this is where Elle stayed for the majority of our time there. She really liked the 'Funny Car' game.
The next day the kids, Anne and I went to run some errands together and ate lunch at CPK. We headed to Nordstrom to see if they would exchange my Jack Rogers (they were bought from there years ago) and they did!! They just gave me a new pair! It was awesome! Oh Nordstrom, how I love you. And then we went to Best Buy and they replaced our iPad for free too because it was acting funky! Good day!
Nana with her favorite little man snuggling in the afternoon.
Then we went to the pet store and got Landon and Elle their first fish!Nana and Landon picking out his very first fish!
He chose the blue beta fish...they are low maintenance and pretty, so that was a plus! He was so excited!
When we got home, we got the tank ready and the kids wouldn't leave the fish's side. Super cute.
Feeding Brucy/Dory (Landon is not sure which name he likes more haha, so we call them both names) for the first time!
And later that night Paul and I went out for a date! It was wonderful!!
So fun to get dressed up...doesn't happen often these days. ;)Meanwhile, we received this picture as a text message...Landon was having a good time with Brucey/Dory and Nana!
Landon, what do you see?
Playing at the park! This is where the kids will go to Elementary school.
Driving again...this is becoming quite the habit. :)
Strong man Landon! This picture was inspiration for Uncle Geoff who is going through the Navy Seals BUDS training. We are rooting for you Geoff! Excited and proud of what you are doing!
Nana having some sweet time with Elle.
Haha this is too funny.
Ghost eyes! The kids loved these binaculars!
Such a sweet picture.
We had a really great visit! Excited for our next visit this Christmas!!
