We have been battling a lot of sickness in our house lately...just that time of year again. But, this time Elle wasn't feeling well and Landon asked if he could hold her hand and lay with her to help her feel better. They just melt my heart.
He insisted on wearing my old lucky fishing hat during breakfast a few mornings ago. I think it's a pretty stylish hat...I would wear it. :)
Baby girl loved her Cream of Wheat.
Couldn't stop giggling.
Lovin' the camera these days.
Loved this pic.
Some days Elle goes to school with Landon.
Pajama dance party in Elle's room.
Sweet baby girl.
Taking a ride with Bohdi.
More breakfast pictures...Good morning sunshine!
Landon is very into making silly faces these days...this is his goofy cross-eyed smile.
Elle is really into winter hats these days...nice accessory.
Playing peek-a-boo with Mommy.
Look at those fancy shoes!
Last week we had tornado warnings all day long, so the kids, pups and I took shelter in the garage under the stairs with our helmets on. News said to put them on, so we did. Thank goodness for Disney Junior and Wi-Fi.
Little man is really into the Ninja Turtles these days. He's got all 4 Turtles, Shredder and Metal Head and loves every minute playing with them.
Snuggle bugs.
Mommy had to go to the Dr's last week and the kiddos were on their best behavior. Only one man had to get up and move across to the other side of the room. I guess their sweet laughter was too much for him to handle. But, we got a smile going in, so that was nice. Maybe it was me blowing my nose...definitely possible. :) You can tell I wasn't feeling well...look at Elle's outfit haha...doesn't match very well.
And Landon was rockin' his rain boots, even though it was a beautiful sunshiny day. But, they were the first shoes I could find on our way out the door...I was a mess that morning and so sick.
After I was seen by the Doctor I told the kiddos they could get a special breakfast for being so good. So, we headed to Dunkin' Donuts and they each got to pick out their very own donut. Very special morning. :)
Very happy about these breakfast 'treats'.
Mmmm delicious.
Landon's didn't last very long.Later in the week I was back to my good health and we were getting ready for the Super Bowl!! Elle was in a kissy mood. I'll take all the kisses I can get!
A few of my favorite pictures with my baby girl.
She has the most beautiful smile.
The kiddos were going to a friends house for the Super Bowl in their PJ's. Landon insisted on bringing his suit case full of toys. :)
Thanks Daddy for taking this sweet pic...and you got our sweet Quest in the background. ;)
Watching the Ravens WIN!Someone keeps getting caught playing in the tupperware cabinet. A lock was recently placed on these cabinets because Bohdi would chew on the pieces Elle left out. Sorry baby girl.
On Monday of this week we headed back to the Doctor's office. Elle wasn't sleeping well and was coughing. Turns out her double ear infection did not go away 2 weeks ago and was still lingering. She's feeling much better now though!
You would never know she was sick though. She was happy, perky and running around like a wild woman.
Coming over to say "Hi Mommy". :)
And then this morning...this happened. Landon crawled in bed with us around 4am and was still sleeping when I went in to get Elle dressed. When she and I came back into our room, Landon was awake and Elle crawled up in bed and said "Good morning Landon!" and gave him the best hug ever.
They love each other so much!
Happy little bears.
This is what I wake up to every morning. I couldn't be more blessed (except when this happens on the weekends when Daddy is home in the morning). So in love with our babes.
