Landon's first time sledding! He did awesome!
Probably the only time of year that we actually enjoy having a steep driveway.

Instead of sledding, Elle enjoyed eating the snow. She learned a very valuable lesson to not eat the yellow snow. :)
Our time spent inside during these chilly days turned into a lot of fun play time.
And cozy cuddles by the fire.
We live on Mountain Top Dr and literally live at the top of a huge hill and there was a solid sheet of ice on the road. Gavin needed to go see the doctor a few days after the snowstorm and just this patch of ice was left. Our neighbors were out and about and were so nice to all come together with their shovels and help break up the ice.
We had a lot of fun with our first official family snow! In our 8 years of being married we haven't lived anywhere that has had a snowstorm like this. The kids had a blast and so did we!
