Lily came to our house for a boat ride!
So did Nana!
It was a great day for a boat ride!
We took a pit stop at the sandbar in Battle Creek.
It's always a hot spot in the summer!
Then Elle took Lily out for a ride in her jeep.
They had fun playing Elle's favorite game..grocery store. She asks us what we'd like to eat and she drives to the grocery store (the front of the house) and get's the ingredients. Then stops at the gas station (a tree in the front yard) to get gas. Then delivers us our food!
Gavin forgot he was supposed to be inside of his car to drive it. ;)
Paul and I had finally gotten a babysitter (first time in months) and we were 10 minutes from DC when our sitter called me to tell us Landon had fallen and cut his head open. Apparently he was running and tried to jump over the boat trailer, fell and cracked his head open on the edge of the trailer.
He was in good spirits at the ER!
Thankfully, no stitches but he got glued shut with a butterfly bandaid. Plus, I secretly love this photo...we have the same eyes and my boy is covered in freckles just like me. :)
Landon slept with Elle that night...but Elle hogged the bed haha.
Poppy came to the pool for a visit!
Elle learned how to jump off of the diving board all by herself this summer!
Surrounded by my babes is my favorite.
We found a baby deer lying in the woods during this golf cart adventure. It was waiting for it's Mommy to come back.

The next day we went out for a little lunch date with GG.
And ended the summer in Sherwood with a special visit to Build a Bear!
Gavin sleeps with his puppy and now his new buddy pup every night!
